My wife and I are Second Chances first customers. Literally our account number is 001 or close to that number. Over the years I feel like it’s been 20 years we have bought cars from CJ and staff. Have never got “screwed”, as a matter of fact you tell them what your really looking for and the will find it. About 4 years ago CJ shows up at our house with a beautiful Charger. I mention it to him once when they were reissuing them and he remembered. Yinz won’t find a more honest group of people in the car business

This is my second time going through second chance for a vehicle and they treated me as such. They are understanding of the low income family's struggle and do their best to work with you as long as you show them you are reliable. They go above and beyond to help find your perfect fit and are able to show you all the information you need, not hiding anything. They give you the Carfax report without asking and are transparent with their prices. They also offer discounts on you payment if you send the receipts for oil changes offering up to 60 dollars off your payment. Definitely will be returning here when we need another vehicle. I give the staff and overall experience I have a 5-star. I have been with at least four cars with second chance auto and love the service and love they radiate. I have referred many people, and they also love the service.

I had a not so great credit score and they didn't even hesitate to get me out the door with a vehicle. They have a limited selection at the actual building, but do have a nice variety of vehicles. I went through some of the toughest times in my life and they were more than understanding and have become a part of my family. I won't go anywhere else to get another vehicle and I would recommend anyone to second chance auto. Kayla and Micheal are my life savers and you can't get a more understanding staff. Love them!!!!
